Manuka Honey Online
I have a question about manuka honey?
The other week I bought a tub and this is it here:

and I was just looking it up online and saw all the different options like 10+, 15+ etc and active. Does it make a difference which one you pick? I’m using it to help alleviate symptoms from a hiatus hernia if that helps.
