Manuka Honey H Pylori
Possible H.Pylori and Manuka Honey?
About 8 weeks ago, I woke up one morning with a rash in my mouth, and bloating in the stomach. This got worse and turned to really bad heartburn.
My GP was clueless and suggested I try a mouthwash, and anatcids. They were no help, so I self medicated with ranitidine. Went back to the doc and he put me on a 4 week course. Didn’t work. And now the heartburn is back, but the mouth rash comes and goes..
I think I might have H.Pylori (getting a bloodtest). Or an ulcer or something.
Has anyone had success using Manuka honey to treat this problem? Similar story?
My mother had H. pylori and her tongue use to swell up and she’d get a rash in her mouth. They put her on a prevpac. It’s 2 antibotics and prevacid. It’s a 14 day treatment were you take like 12 pills a day, they are all prepackage.
If you have H. Pylori ranitidine and all other meds won’t do jack.
